📘 Our Partner operates with a dynamic and youthful team, following agile methodologies that emphasize continuous learning and the encouragement of creative ideas. The project involves developing an innovative authentication and authorization mobile application primarily for recreational institutions, aiming to maximize user experience and adapt to rapidly changing needs. The intern will have the opportunity to actively participate in all stages of the development process and contribute to creating a real product.

Responsibilities:
🤝 Maintaining communication with existing partners, providing daily support via email, chat, or phone
🔍 Researching new partners, identifying potential business opportunities, and building relationships
🧾 Participating in the preparation of offers, presentations, and contracts
💬 Collecting partner feedback and forwarding it to the development or marketing team
📊 Preparing regular reports and status updates on partners and potential business opportunities
📣 Supporting partner communication related to marketing campaigns and promotions
🧠 Using CRM systems and maintaining an up-to-date database
🗓️ Participating in business meetings, giving or assisting with presentations
🚀 Assisting in the onboarding process for new partners
👥 Actively collaborating with other team members to improve the partner experience

Requirements:
🎓 Currently enrolled in IT higher education (full-time) or holding an equivalent qualification, with basic knowledge of mobile application development and an openness to learning new technologies
💬 Excellent communication skills – able to maintain contact with partners in both written and verbal form
💼 Basic business acumen – understands partner needs and business processes
💻 Basic computer skills – MS Office, Google Workspace
🧠 Problem-solving skills and flexibility – quick response to partner inquiries and critical issues
🤝 Ability to collaborate within a team – effective coordination with developers, marketing, and sales teams; able to translate partner-reported issues into clear, actionable tickets

🕒 Work Schedule and Environment:
The work schedule is flexible, non-fixed, and task-oriented. Development follows two-week sprints, during which it is expected that the account manager intern participates in a pre-scheduled team meeting. During these sessions, the team discusses resource allocation and determines the focus between frontend and backend development, as well as partner communication, for the upcoming sprint.

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
