📘 Our Partner operates with a dynamic and youthful team, following agile methodologies that emphasize continuous learning and the encouragement of creative ideas. The project focuses on developing an innovative authentication and authorization mobile application primarily for recreational institutions, aiming to maximize user experience and adapt to rapidly changing needs. The intern will have the opportunity to actively participate in all stages of the development process and contribute to creating a real product.Responsibilities:🖥️ Developing and maintaining the admin user interface (UI) using the React framework⚙️ Implementing new features and optimizing existing modules, including backend integration🧩 Identifying and fixing bugs and issues, as well as performing testing to ensure stability🏃♂️ Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile teamwork📄 Preparing documentation for developed features and modules🎨 Performing minor UI/UX improvements, implementing animations and interactive elements (e.g., using Spline or similar tools)🔗 Integrating APIs and implementing data communication with backend systems (REST API, Socket.IO)🧪 Writing tests and implementing unit tests to ensure code quality🚀 Rapidly developing prototypes and MVPs to test new ideas🤝 Regular consultations with mentors to collaboratively solve development challengesRequirements:🎓 Currently enrolled in IT higher education (full-time) or holding an equivalent qualification⚛️ Intermediate knowledge of React🧠 Familiarity with the following concepts: - State, Dependency Injection - HTTP, interceptors - Offline-first logic (use of local databases) - Logging - Testing (mocking, UI tests, etc.) - Experience with REST API integrations - General mobile development knowledge (Android/iOS) - Version control (Git)💻 Access to VS Code and/or Android Studio🗂️ Experience using internal company GitLab📱 Relevant references and/or prior experience, and the completion of a test task for our Partner🤝 Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills💡 Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn🎯 Precision and independence in work🌍 English language proficiency: intermediate levelWhat Our Partner Offers:💻 Fully remote work with flexible scheduling🏢 Office setup planned for mid-next year👥 6-person team, including sales, marketing, and software development professionals🗓️ Company meetups every 2–3 weeks to strengthen team cohesion💬 Weekly online meetings to maintain continuous communication🧰 Use of personal development equipment required, as company hardware cannot yet be provided🕒 Work Schedule and Environment:The work schedule is flexible, task-oriented, and self-managed. Development takes place in two-week sprints, where developer participation is required in a pre-scheduled joint planning session.
