    Tasks:
    ◾ Subscriber Onboarding and Campaign Setup: Personally assist in onboarding new subscribers, ensuring the successful setup and optimization of their campaigns for optimal results
    ◾ Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance their experience
    ◾ Invoice and Payment Assistance: Assist users with invoice and payment-related questions, coordinating with the Finance department when necessary to ensure accurate and efficient resolutions
    ◾ AI Revolution Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the AI Revolution project, contributing to the advancement of AI initiatives and the transformation of the company`s technological landscape
    ◾ Pattern Recognition in Customer Issues: Analyze and identify patterns in customer issues, leveraging AI to predict and preempt potential problems, thereby improving customer satisfaction and retention

    Qualifications:
    ✅ Ongoing university studies in IT
    ✅ Knowledge of programming languages or scripting, such as HTML and JavaScript
    ✅ Fluent in both written and verbal English and Hungarian, essential for serving our US- based clientele
    ✅ Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide clear, concise information
    ✅ Technical Proficiency: Possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to swiftly identify and resolve technical issues
    ✅ Technical Concept Explanation: Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals in an easily understandable manner
    ✅ Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address and resolve challenges effectively
    ✅ Time Management: Excel in time management, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    ✅ Team Collaboration: A team player who collaborates seamlessly with colleagues to achieve common goals
