💼 Our partner is an attractive and well-recognized Hungarian software development company, whose main product is ArchiCAD, a three-dimensional architectural design software. Since its founding in 1982, the company has grown into one of the world’s leading developers of 3D architectural software.

🛠️ Our Partner’s Technical Support Team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee. The team mainly helps Our Partner’s partners by providing support for Archicad, BIMx, BIMcloud, and Teamwork in Archicad.

Responsibilities:
✅ Investigate and solve Archicad, BIMx, and BIMcloud related questions and issues reported by the partner channel
💬 Communicate these questions, issues, and solutions with the partner channel and with Our Partner’s Product Development and Product Management
📚 Create documentation and online articles for knowledge base and troubleshooting
📝 Develop and improve documents, materials, and presentations

Expectations:
🎓 Ongoing studies in architecture (or a related field) at a Hungarian university, with at least 3 semesters remaining
🗣️ Intermediate English skills (written and verbal)
💻 High level Archicad skills
⏱️ Available to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week

⏰ Working hours: general working hours between 08:00-18:00, Home Office is posssible

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
