    🧠 Are you passionate about community building, engagement, and customer success? Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for fostering meaningful connections? If so, our Community Operations Trainee position might be the perfect opportunity for you to dive into the world of community management and engagement strategies. As a member of our team, you`ll have the chance to assist in implementing and managing our Parner`s Community engagement programs, while gaining practical experience and making a meaningful impact on our user community.

    Responsibilities:
    🔷 Assist in the implementation and management of our Partner`s engagement programs, such as user groups, challenges, webinars, virtual events, and other initiatives aimed at fostering active participation and knowledge sharing
    🔷 Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback across various channels, including social media, forums, and email
    🔷 Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant content, such as articles, blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to engage community members, spark discussions, and provide valuable insights and guidance
    🔷 Collaborate with the Community team to curate valuable resources, articles, and industry-related news for the community
    🔷 Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person community events, facilitating networking and knowledge sharing
    🔷 Help establish and nurture relationships with community members, key influencers, and industry experts
    🔷 Assist in analyzing community engagement metrics, such as participation rates, content interaction, and sentiment analysis, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement
    🔷 Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the community experience, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous growth and engagement within the Graphisoft Community

    Requirements:
    ✅ Ongoing full-time studies at a Hungarian university, currently pursuing a degree in Architecture (preferred), or in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations
    ✅ Available to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week
    ✅ Passion for community building, engagement, and customer success
    ✅ Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    ✅ Enthusiastic about learning and willing to take on new challenges
    ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and empathize with users

    ⏰ Working hours: general working hours between 08:00-18:00, Home Office is posssible

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
