    Automation Client Report Intern

    The successful candidate will:
    ✨ Support the further build-out of the Data, Reporting & Automation Hub in Budapest continuing the drive for Core COO to own all CRM data and system architecture across the EMEA Client businesses
    ✨ Manage the governance of Sales data and Management Information reports across all EMEA Client businesses, identifying and resolving data integrity issues as required whilst ensuring a consistent look and feel to key EMEA leaders and stakeholders.
    ✨ Assist colleagues within the EMEA Core COO Team with the automation/optimisation of previously manual processes
    ✨ Work closely with the local Core RM teams and the in-country sales teams to automate client deliverables, including reports, presentations
    ✨ Scope out ineffective processes and make suggestions on how to improve them, using various tools, such as Python, SQL, VBA

    Key responsibilities:
    🫧 Automation of priority client business and external client reporting
    🫧 Ownership and accountability for the integrity & accuracy of reports produced
    🫧 Delivery of a high-quality product that meets internal & external deadlines
    🫧 Design efficient solutions such as external client report delivery
    🫧 Build and maintain tailor-made reports for client specific needs
    🫧 Perform four-eye-control as part of reporting due diligence
    🫧 Support the creation and automation of product presentations

    Requirements:
    ✅ Ongoing university studies
    ✅ Strong Excel skills, with an ability to navigate and interpret multiple datasets
    ✅ Experience with various automation approaches, generally tech-savvy, examples can be: proficient in VBA programming, data base tools (e.g. SQL) and programing languages (Python)
    ✅ Fluency in English at an advanced level
    ✅ Commercial, analytical and inquisitive mindset with effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    ✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    ✅ Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
    ✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
    ✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    ✅ Self-starter who is comfortable navigating a matrixed organisation and collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders and partners
    ✅ Flexible and proactive (drives continuous improvement in processes or solutions) with a keen attention to detail

    ⏰ Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00-17:30, office presence during the training minimum 3 days per week, later this can be negotiated, working hours can be flexible

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
