In this position, you can gain practical experience in quotation management, pricing processes and tenders while benefiting from both an office work environment and a remote work option.📋 Responsibilities: 🔹 Managing price extensions🔹 Managing new quotes in the French GAP quoting tool🔹 Handling customer notifications regarding new prices and 2027 quotes🔹 Depending on your profile, supporting tender price revisions at the end of the year🔹 Performing price checks for IH subscriptions as part of the RBC campaign✅ Requirements: 🔹 Ongoing higher education studies🔹 High proficiency in French, both written and spoken🔹 English language skills🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook🔹 Ability to manage quotes, including uploading prices and listing annual quotes🔹 Strong organizational and prioritization skills🔹 Attention to detail and reliability, especially when managing prices and following processes and work instructions🔹 Service-oriented mindset🔹 Ability to work independently🔹 Responsiveness🔹 Ability to work effectively as part of a team🔹 CV and English CV required🎁 What Our Partner Offers:💰 Gross HUF 2,557/hour🏢 Office work environment🏠 Home Office opportunity💻 Equipment required for work is provided🌍 Opportunity to actively use your French and English skills in an international work environment🕒 Working Hours: 20 hours per week, with availability on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
