Role Overview:
🪅 The Social Media Designer Trainee supports the creation of visually engaging and platform-native content for the company’s social media channels. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about graphic and motion design, digital storytelling, social media trends, and content creation who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
🪅 Working closely with the Brand & Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams, the trainee assists in creating static and motion-based content for campaigns, brand communications, and digital platforms while developing practical skills in social-first content production.

Key Responsibilities:
🧷 Social Media Design & Content Creation:
🖍️ Create social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
🖍️ Design static and motion-based content including posts, stories, banners, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines
🖍️ Adapt campaign visuals into platform-specific formats and aspect ratios optimized for mobile-first experiences
🖍️ Support video editing, simple animations, and motion graphics production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
🖍️ Help maintain consistency across social media visuals, templates, and creative assets
🧷 Creative Collaboration:
🖍️ Collaborate with Brand & Creative, Marketing, and Content and Social Media teams and with other stakeholders to support campaigns and content planning
🖍️ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media storytelling and digital campaigns
🖍️ Support senior designers and social media specialists with ongoing creative and production tasks
🧷 Social Media & Trend Awareness:
🖍️ Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
🖍️ Research visual trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to support content creation and optimization

Requirements:
📘 Ongoing university studies in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Motion Design, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation
📘 Strong interest in social media design, digital content, and visual storytelling
📘 Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma
📘 Familiarity with major social media platforms, platform-native content formats, and current digital trends
📘 Creative mindset with attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and basic design principles including typography, layout, and branding
📘 Solid English skills are recommended
📘 Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
📘 Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a creative environment
📘 Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
📘 Curious about social media trends, creative tools, and digital content
📘 Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a creative team
📘 Experience or familiarity with the architecture, design, engineering, or software industry is an advantage

🏠 Hybrid working model with the possibility of working from a modern, well-equipped office and remotely.

⏰ Working hours: Hibrid; between 08:00-17:00

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
