💼 Our Partner provides complex services across Europe for companies involved in transportation, logistics, commercial vehicle manufacturing, and fuel card services.Whether there is a need for on-site technical assistance, towing, tire replacement, or financial and communication mediation, our Hungarian-speaking customer service representatives are available 24/7 with assistance, mobility, and additional customer support services.Tasks:📞 We are looking for new colleagues with excellent German skills for a Telephone Customer Service Representative position for a summer job (May–Aug.)🌍 Our Partner operates 24/7 emergency call centers for the transportation sector in Austria and Germany🧩 Providing assistance in resolving callers’ requests and problems📚 At the beginning of employment, a 2–3 week training period in May, followed by 1 week in June, requiring on-site presence and 25–30 hours of availability per week⏰ Afterward, variable shifts are available, including part-time opportunities🏠 Depending on the student’s preparedness, there is an option to work in a home office🌙 Multiple daytime and evening shifts are availableRequirements:🎓 Ongoing higher education studies🇩🇪 At least C1 level German proficiency, both spoken and written🧠 Ability to handle stress🤝 Willingness to help💬 Strong communication skills💻 User-level IT skills⏰ Working hours: Multiple daytime and evening shifts are available:🕕 06:00–14:30🕗 08:00–16:30🕙 10:00–18:30🌇 13:30–22:00🌆 14:00–22:30🌙 22:00–06:30🎓 For students, 8-hour shifts are not mandatory, but they are preferred❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
