💼 Our partner company provides complex services across Europe for companies involved in freight forwarding, logistics, commercial vehicle manufacturing, and fuel card services.
Whether on-site technical assistance, towing, tire replacement, financial or communication mediation is needed, our Hungarian-speaking agents are available 24 hours a day with assistance, mobility, and additional customer service solutions.

📞 They are looking for new colleagues who speak German very well for the telephone customer service position.

🚗 Our partner operates 24/7 emergency helplines in Austria and Germany for the transport sector.

☎️ Task:
Providing assistance in resolving the requests and problems of incoming callers.

📚 At the beginning of the job, a 4–6 week training period requiring in-person attendance is expected, which
📚 requires 25–30 hours of availability per week.
📚 After that, there will be variable shifts, and part-time work will also be possible, and depending on the student`s preparedness, there will also be an opportunity to work in home office.

Requirements:
🔴 Ongoing higher education studies
🔴 At least C1 level German language skills, both spoken and written
🔴 IT knowledge at user level
🔴 Stress tolerance
🔴 Willingness to help
🔴 Strong communication skills

Working hours:
⏰ Shifts with variable starting times are available
(Multiple daytime and evening shifts are available)

🕕 06:00 – 14:30
🕗 08:00 – 16:30
🕙 10:00 – 18:30
🕜 13:30 – 22:00
🕑 14:00 – 22:30
🌙 22:00 – 06:30

🎓 In the case of students, an 8-hour shift is not required, but it is preferred.
🏡 Mostly office work, occasional home office.

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
