Responsibilities:
📧 Assist in implementing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns, including email workflows and customer journey setups
📊 Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and improve campaign performance metrics
🔗 Support the integration of customer data across various digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience
💻 Maintain and update web assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
📈 Build marketing reports and track key performance indicators

Requirements:
🎓 Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field at a Hungarian university, with at least two semesters remaining before graduation
🤖 Strong interest in marketing technology and automation, with eagerness to leverage data for marketing decision-making
🔍 Detail-oriented and precise in managing campaign details and ensuring data accuracy
🧠 Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
🤝 Team player, comfortable collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
📩 Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot) is a significant advantage
💻 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website updates and email template customization
📊 Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions, are a strong plus
🌍 Strong command of English (written and spoken)
