🤖 Our partner is a small but ambitious team specializing in the development of generative AI and data solutions within an AWS environment. They typically work on 1–3 month-long, focused projects, where they support their clients not only with implementation but also with consulting and technological guidance, helping them navigate the latest innovations.

Tasks:
🤖 Participate in GenAI projects, developing custom solutions tailored to specific business needs (e.g. workflow support, personalized content generation, decision support systems)
🔍 Conduct research and explore technologies related to the tasks to be implemented
⚙️ Implement application logic, including prompt engineering, model integration, testing, validation, and deployment
☁️ Build AWS-based infrastructure using Terraform
🧩 Take part in system design and architecture development, supported by mentoring
📝 Document the development process, prepare technical notes, and expand the internal knowledge base
📢 Actively contribute to professional visibility (e.g. writing articles, preparing meetups)
🧰 Get involved in open-source module and tool development over time
🗃️ Participate in Data Solutions projects such as data architecture, complex migrations, or analytics platform implementation
🚀 Work with modern tools and up-to-date technologies, staying on top of—or even ahead of—industry trends

Requirements:
🎓 Ongoing higher education studies in IT (BSc or MSc level)
💻 Confident knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Java, or JavaScript)
🧠 Openness to new technologies and a systems-level mindset
🧩 Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving, even in unfamiliar technical contexts
📌 A GitHub link showcasing previous projects
🌍 Solid English skills in writing and speaking, as the work takes place in an international environment
🗣️ Strong communication skills
