    Tasks:
    🔹 Handling French-language customer emails, shipping, and invoice complaints via email
    🔹 Administering complaints
    🔹 Recording French-language customer orders

    Requirements:
    🎓 Ongoing higher education studies
    🌎 Confident intermediate-level French language skills
    🌔 Minimum strong intermediate-level English language skills (company communication is conducted in English)
    💻 Confident knowledge and use of MS Office
    🗣 Excellent communication skills
    📏 Accuracy

    ⏰ Working hours: 08:00–18:00 (Home Office possible after training in a 3/2 ratio: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
