💼 Our Partner is an attractive and renowned Hungarian software development company, their main product is ArchiCAD three-dimensional architectural design software. Since its foundation in 1982, the company has grown to become one of the world`s leading 3D architectural software companies.

🚀 We are looking for a creative and motivated Technology Partner Marketing Trainee to support our co-marketing initiatives with Graphisoft’s Technology Partners. This internship provides hands-on experience for students who are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to real-world projects that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing.

✍️ The trainee will play an active role in planning and launching technology partner webinars, as well as developing joint case studies in collaboration with our partners and clients. The role involves close cooperation with internal teams such as copywriting, media and graphic design, marketing automation, localization, and reporting—offering a comprehensive view of integrated marketing practices in a global tech environment.

Responsibilities:
🖥️ Configure and set up webinars using the GoTo Webinar platform, schedule and conduct rehearsals with speakers, manage premieres, and help publish localized "watch-on-demand" content
📋 Create and manage tasks/subtasks in Jira, ensuring timely delivery of visuals, registration and on-demand pages (e.g. banners, agendas, email copies) with media design, copywriting, and marketing automation teams via Confluence and Jira
🌐 Coordinate localization tasks (DE, ES, FR, IT, PT-BR, JP) based on English source content in collaboration with the Translation Office
📊 Collaborate with the Marketing Reporting team to gather KPI metrics such as webinar registrations and watch-on-demand views

Requirements:
🏫 Ongoing studies as an active, full-time student at a Hungarian university
📚 Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field
📆 Student status for at least the next 1.5 years (3 semesters)
⏱️ Availability: 20–25 hours per week
🗣️ English language skills at least at intermediate level
👀 Attention to detail, ability to work effectively in an online environment
💡 Interest or passion for technology

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
