🏢 Our Partner is a US-based global technology company that develops and delivers printing and imaging solutions, cloud and IoT technologies. The company aims to deliver fast and efficient business results for its customers by combining proven technologies with deep industry expertise.

🪨 You will be part of our Partner Company`s MPS (Managed Print Services) Operations Centre, the EMEA platform for centrally Managed Print Services Contracts. The MPS Operations Centre is a customer facing organization focused on EMEA’s small to mid-size accounts, including international EMEA-based subsidiaries of key corporate accounts.

Tasks:
🍄 Supporting MPS Customer Operations Specialists (COS) with administrative tasks
🍄 Pulling and adjusting reports from diverse systems (Business Objects, Siebel, SAP)
🍄 Handling manual preparations of reports/analyses
🍄 Entering and tracking hardware and consumable orders
🍄 Working with partners and several internal teams on the ordering and installation process
🍄 Ad hoc administrative tasks combining the above listed activities

Requirements:
🐦‍⬛ On-going studies, active student status at a Hungarian higher university
🐦‍⬛ Able to use basic Word, PowerPoint and Excel functions like VLOOKUP, IF etc.
🐦‍⬛ Fluent, correct communication in written and spoken English (level C1)
🐦‍⬛ Ability to work in team with different cultures as well
🐦‍⬛ Indenpencence

🚞 The office is located between Müpa and Boráros Square, and can be reached by several tram lines and Hév.

🕝 Working hours: 9:00-17:00, you must work within this time frame, adjusted to your studies and exams. Office presence 2-3 days a week is expected, but there is flexibility in this according to demand.

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
