    💼 Our Partner is a US-based global technology company that develops and delivers printing and imaging solutions, cloud and IoT technologies. The company aims to deliver fast and efficient business results for its customers by combining proven technologies with deep industry expertise.

    The position is part of the EMEA HR Team.
    🔻 Employee to be assigned to Talent Acquisition team
    🔻 This is a wide scope of responsibility that can be detailed upon assignment request
    🔻 This is a fixed-term role for 6 months with possible extension
    🔻 Part-time position, expected min. 20 hours/week (up to 40h/w), with flexible work schedule upon agreement

    Tasks:
    🌀 Generate pipeline of new candidates across the entire organization from EMEA Sales, Services, Supply Chain, Back-office, Marketing, etc.
    🌀 Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the role and ideal profile
    🌀 Screens resumes and phone screen potential candidates
    🌀 Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates while building a pipeline of candidates
    🌀 Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal business partners and external vendors to ensure timely achievement of all staffing goals
    🌀 Refine process to utilize latest trends in sourcing and screening
    🌀 Support recruitment specialists and HR Business Partners in administrative tasks, such as recruitment vendor purchase order creation or documentation during the recruitment project and in ad-hoc tasks during the employee lifecycle
    🌀 Administrative tasks related to follow up on documents requested to/from employees for Budapest
    🌀 Coordinates the different steps of the recruitment process with the stakeholders
    🌀 Participate in HR projects
    🌀 The employee has the authority to perform tasks as per JD
    🌀 The employee needs to follow the Quality and environmental policy where applicable
    🌀 Employee should observe company policies and the Budapest Employee Handbook (for detailssee Budapest HR website)

    Expectations:
    📍 On-going studies, active student relationship at a Hungarian higher education institute
    📍 Are available at least 20 hours/week (up to 40 hours/week)
    📍 Are looking for an opportunity to work for at least 6 months
    📍 Have great English language knowledge (C1 level)
    📍 Are a team player, being able to work well in a collaborative environment
    📍 Have strong communication skills and ability to interact/communicate with all levels of an organization as well as stakeholders with diverse cultural background
    📍 Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks
    📍 Managing Multiple Priorities

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
