    Responsibilities:
    🥖 Handling customer emails, delivery and invoice complaints in French
    🥖 Managing the above in the company`s complaint management system
    🥖 Recording customer orders in French

    Requirements:
    🔘 Ongoing higher education
    🔘 Confident, intermediate French
    🔘 Minimum strong intermediate English (as company communication is in English)
    🔘 Confident knowledge and handling of MS Office
    🔘 Accuracy
    🔘 Good communication skills

    ⏰ Working hours: frame, 08:00 - 18:00, after training Home Office possible 3/2, 3 days office, 2 at home

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
