    Telephone operator in German (mediation)

    💼 Our partner with transport and logistics companies, commercial vehicle manufacturers, fuel card providers and end users across Europe. Whether you need on-site technical rescue, towing, tyre replacement, financial or communication mediation, their customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day as your partner for customer relationship services in Hungary. Assistance is provided in German.

    🔎 Our partner is looking for new colleagues who speak German very well.

    Tasks:
    ✏️ Answering questions and solving problems of native German-speaking callers, documenting cases.

    Expectations:
    ✅ Ongoing higher education
    ✅ At least C1 level of German and English, oral and written
    ✅ IT skills at user level
    ✅ Stress tolerance
    ✅ Willingness to help
    ✅ Strong communication skills

    🏬 Working environment.
    Mainly office based, occasional Home Office possible

    Working hours:
    ⏰ Night and weekend shifts are possible by mutual agreement after induction, in addition to working weekdays to fit in with university hours.
    ⏰ Shifts cover 24 hours a day, so you can work mornings, afternoons or all day.
    ⏰ During the training period (4 weeks), you will need to work a minimum of 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

    ❗The nature of the work is agency, so the future colleague will be employed as a full-time employee. The gross salary will therefore be subject not only to VAT but also to other contributions, as for a normal employee.
