    Tasks:
    📧 Manage Italian-speaking customer emails, including shipping and billing complaints
    📧 Document these cases in the partner`s complaint management system
    📧 Record Italian-speaking customer orders and ensure accuracy in processing

    Requirements
    ✅ Ongoing higher education studies
    ✅ Proficient in Italian (Intermediate level or higher)
    ✅ Advanced English skills, as internal communication is in English
    ✅ Solid MS Office skills
    ✅ Good communication
    ✅ Punctuality

    ⏰ Working hours: Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, hybrid work arrangement after training: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
