Our Partner operates 24/7 emergency phones for the transport sector in Austria and Germany. Tasks:📌 Assist in solving requests and problems of callers📌 Initial training will require 4-6 weeks of personal presence, 40 hours per week, after which shifts will varyExpectations:🍈 Near or completed tertiary studies or passive semester student🍈 At least C1 level in German and English, oral and written🍈 IT skills at user level🍈 Stress tolerance 🍈 Willingness to help🍈 Strong communication skills🏬 Work environment: mainly office, occasional Home Office possible❗The nature of the work is agency, so the future colleague will be employed as a full-time employee.
