    Responsibilities:
    📜 Handling Hebrew customer emails, shipping and invoice complaints via email
    📜 Administering them in the company`s complaint management system
    📜 Recording customer orders in Hebrew

    Expectations:
    ✅ Confident, intermediate level of Hebrew
    ✅ English language skills at a minimum of a strong intermediate level, as company communication is in English
    ✅ Confident knowledge and use of MS Office
    ✅ Good communication skills
    ✅ Punctuality

    ⏰ Working hours: Frame, 08:00 - 18:00; after training Home Office possible 3/2 ratio, 3 office 2 Home Office

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
