    👉 Join our Partner`s customer service team and support their sales staff and customers in French!

    🌸 Your main responsibilities will include supporting their customers, tracking their orders and actively participating in the resolution of complaints. Unlike typical call centres, you will be in contact with their business partners (hospitals and laboratories) in the healthcare sector.

    😍 To ensure your success, they offer comprehensive trainings during the first 6 weeks (SAP training), while providing you with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in a supportive team.

    🔍 They are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who are at the end of their studies and ready to start full-time work within 60 days of application.

    Your main responsibilities will be:
    ⭕ Connect and support their customers with their dynamic sales team
    ⭕ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure seamless collaboration and an excellent customer experience
    ⭕ Process customer operational complaints and see challenges as opportunities for professional development and growth
    ⭕ When you have sufficient experience, participate in identifying and implementing process improvements
    ⭕ Ensure an excellent customer experience and take responsibility for accurate work to reduce audit risk

    Expectations:
    ✅ Post-secondary or post-secondary education
    ✅ 1-2 years of internship experience in a multinational environment in a similar field
    ✅ Microsoft Office user level
    ✅ Fluency in written and spoken English
    ✅ Fluency in written and spoken French
    ✅ Good organisational skills
    ✅ Good communication skills for telephone and email

    Salary:
    💰 Base salary: to be discussed at interview

    ⏰ Working hours:
    🔺 According to Hungarian working hours, 08:00-18:00, 8-hour working hours; or on days that are public holidays in Hungary but not in France (with extra compensation);
    🔺 Hybrid working schedule: 3 days office work, 2 days Home Office per week

    🔆 The nature of the work is agency, i.e. the future colleague will be employed as a full-time employee.

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
