💼 Our Partner`s Technical Support Team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee. The Team primarily focuses on services towards the company`s reseller channel, such as providing support for Archicad.

🔻 What does a Product Manager Trainee do?
◼️ Helps leading cross-functional, agile teams, managing technically complex software products from concept through to general availability, as well as supporting on-going maintenance and support
◼️ As the voice of the customer, works collaboratively with all stakeholders, internal and external to create and manage requirements backlog for development activities, release objectives and product direction
◼️ Regularly and systematically elicits functional/non-functional specifications as part of a formal program that is cross-functional in scope and builds supporting product requirements.
◼️ Develops user stories from a robust understanding of the user, their environment, and their workflow.
◼️ Serves as a contributor on the solution, competition, and the market we serve.
◼️ Contributes to end-to-end product life cycle management for the solution.
◼️ Stays up to date with trends within our market.
◼️ Comfortable with interaction in articulating the solution’s value proposition across the customer base.
◼️ Defines software detailed requirements by collaborating with marketing, software development and customer support departments.
◼️ Creates product related manuals and guides for internal and partner channel use.

Qualifications:
✅ Ongoing university studies in any Hungarian higher education institution
✅ Interest in technical support, technical product management or product development type roles with exposure to marketing
✅ Ability of quickly understanding of products, competitive offerings and market drivers
✅ Experience working with stakeholders of equivalent level internally and externally to agree functional and non-functional requirements
✅ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
✅ Interest in understanding the technical background of solutions and software features
✅ Technical background, mindset

🕗 Working hours: 09:00-17:00

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 499,952 per month.
