About the Role:
🔎 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student worker to support automation initiatives within the HR department. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation tools and technologies, including Blue Prism, Power Automate, and VBA. The primary focus will be on monitoring, operating, and maintaining existing automation workflows, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
💻 Monitor and operate existing HR automation workflows to ensure consistent performance and timely execution
💻 Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in automated processes
💻 Support the development and testing of new automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate
💻 Help document processes, workflows, and automation logic
💻 Perform data validation, cleanup, and preparation for automation
💻 Collaborate with HR team members to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities

Requirements:
🍋 Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields)
🍋 Basic understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., VBA)
🍋 Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
🍋 Interest in automation, process improvement, and HR operations
🍋 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🍋 Good communication skills and ability to work independently
🍋 Fluent English in spoken and written

⏰ Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00-17:30, 4 days office 1 day Home Office

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
