Candidates should have a good mix of technical and customer support skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. They will support Windows, Linux and Mac systems, printers, video calling, etc.

Responsibilities
🛡️ Serving as the 1st point of contact for IT support within the organisation
🛡️ Carrying out IT Hardware and installation, new employee induction, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components
🛡️ Ensuring that the IT asset database is kept accurate and up to date
🛡️ Diagnosing and troubleshooting

Requirements:
✅ On-going university studies, interest in IT
✅ Fluency in English, both written and spoken
✅ Out-of-the-box mindset
✅ The ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and assist in finding a resolution
✅ Good organisational and interpersonal skills
✅ Effective and adaptable verbal and written communication skills

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
