Take part in the process of optimizing the existing product and enhance it with new features through researching user insights, preparing and testing prototypes, and translating these learnings into user-friendly and performance-focused user interfaces.

Tasks:
🗝️ Proactively helping our design team to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for various projects
🗝️ Assisting in the development of user personas, user flows, and information architecture
🗝️ Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
🗝️ Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs
🗝️ Using Figma to design and prototype user interfaces
🗝️ Delivering designs that are well-suited for developer teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation
🗝️ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

The ideal candidate:
✅ Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in design-related studies such as graphic design, interaction design or related field
✅ Is proficient in Figma
✅ Fluent in English
✅ Is confident in Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity
✅ Is familiar with design principles and best practices for creating user interfaces and design systems
✅ Has a basic understanding of HTML/CSS
✅ Has strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Is able to work independently and take initiative
✅ Design experience (jobs experience or university or hobby), experience, e.g. work at a student organization, previous job experience
✅ Is flexible, a quick learner, a problem solver, proactive and passionate
✅ Is organized, punctual, detail-oriented
✅ Is able to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
