Key Responsibilities:
🧸 Prepare standard client materials, including presentations, factsheets, and commentaries
🧸 Manage internal and external reporting by collecting and analyzing performance attribution, exposure, assets under management (AUM), and fund flows data
🧸 Support the preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client questionnaires
🧸 Build and maintain database reports using Morningstar, eVestment, and FactSet
🧸 Monitor regulatory and structural trends and support compliance with regulatory requirements for new and existing products
🧸 Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the development of global best practices
🧸 Participate in daily market updates and discussions about product positioning
🧸 Learn about clients and their investment strategies
🧸 Support investors in achieving their investment goals using advanced financial technology
🧸 Collaborate with multiple business functions to gain insight into the product life cycle

Requirements:
✅ Ongoing university studies in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with coding and technology experience
✅ Fluent written and spoken English
✅ Strong interest in global financial markets and awareness of macroeconomic events and market trends
✅ Motivation to learn about the investment management industry
✅ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✅ Proactive, problem-solving mindset
✅ Ability to combine and analyze information from different technologies and systems
