Responsibilities:
🕊️ Support Italian Wealth Sales teams by collaborating with internal departments to deliver high-quality service to sales teams and clients
🕊️ Assist in preparing client intelligence, updates and timely responses to ad hoc queries
🕊️ Support client due diligence requests in cooperation with other Sales Support teams
🕊️ Participate in business development projects, including creating and formatting customized reports
🕊️ Collaborate with product specialist teams to answer client questions, perform analyses and provide additional information
🕊️ Assist relationship managers with post-meeting follow-ups, fund-related information and analyses
🕊️ Create presentations and client meeting materials, including obtaining compliance and business approvals
🕊️ Work with automation and reporting teams to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance reporting quality
🕊️ Test and improve a new AI translation tool and use Microsoft Copilot to automate manual workflows

Requirements:
🌻 Ongoing university studies in Economics, Business or Finance (penultimate or final year)
🌻 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
🌻 Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
🌻 Strong interest in financial markets and willingness to learn
🌻 Confidence in communicating with stakeholders across different departments
🌻 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🌻 High level of accuracy, attention to detail and initiative
🌻 Open-minded, enthusiastic and team-oriented personality
🌻 Self-confidence, dedication and curiosity
