Tasks:
🎃 Support purchase order portfolio management by improving order-date accuracy and ensuring the right products and quantities are delivered to the right place at the right time
🎃 Assist with creating and rescheduling purchase orders
🎃 Support production and supply prioritization to maintain the expected customer service level
🎃 Collaborate with Factories, Order Management, Warehouse Operations and Planning teams
🎃 Create, automate and maintain dashboards and performance reports, turning operational data into actionable insights
🎃 Participate in continuous improvement, data analytics, AI and digitalization initiatives within Supply Chain

Requirements
✅ Ongoing university studies in Hungary in supply chain management, order management, quality, logistics or a related economic field
✅ Minimum 1 year of remaining active student status and availability for at least 1 year
✅ Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
✅ MS Office and MS Teams knowledge
✅ Excel skills, including basic formulas and working with data
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Digital mindset and openness to new technologies
✅ Proactive attitude
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with others, including cross-cultural teams
