🏢 Company info: Our Partner operates in an international financial services environment where you can gain experience with modern financial and technology systems, investment data, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Monitor data across the firm using Aladdin’s Thresholds Reporting System
🔹 Investigate data and prepare accurate reports (e.g. Major Shareholding, Net Short Selling, Takeover Panel) for regulators and companies within prescribed timelines
🔹 Maintain clear records of reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
🔹 Review system reports and reconcile data to identify investment limits
🔹 Support process optimization and automation initiatives
🔹 Ensure procedures are documented and quality controls are maintained
🔹 Become acquainted with various Aladdin applications, the trade flow process, and the data environment
🔹 Investigate and troubleshoot potential errors when needed

Requirements:
✅ Ongoing university studies; a background in finance or a similar field is preferred
✅ Fluent English, both written and spoken
✅ Strong IT skills are beneficial
✅ Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
✅ Analytical mindset and approach
✅ Attention to detail
✅ Dedicated approach to issue resolution
✅ Ability to recognize individual and team objectives and goals
✅ Ability to facilitate compromise between conflicting requirements or points of view

Advantages:
📈 Knowledge of financial instruments and markets
💻 Knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, C++, or Java

Working hours:
🕒 Minimum 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 09:00–17:30
🏢 4 days per week in the office and 1 day of Home Office

If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
