Tasks:
🌺 Support the procurement team with day-to-day operations and maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tracking tools
🌺 Assist in monitoring material shortages and help ensure the timely resolution of supply issues
🌺 Analyze procurement data, identify inconsistencies and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives
🌺 Support procurement leaders with KPI tracking, reporting and scorecard preparation
🌺 Provide administrative and project support for ad hoc procurement activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
🟦 Ongoing university studies in Hungary in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field
🟦 At least 1 more year of active student status and the possibility to commit for at least 1 year
🟦 Strong English and Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken
🟦 Confident digital skills and knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
🟦 Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
🟦 Good problem-solving and analytical skills
🟦 Reliable, self-driven and proactive attitude
🟦 Open-minded and willing-to-do mindset
🟦 Good communication skills

⏰ Working hours: Flexible schedule between 08:00–18:00, Home Office is available, but office presence may be required for training and specific projects

If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
