Job function:
🌥️ Managing specific Cost Planning and Reporting processes (Cogs / Ocogs)
🌥️ Monitoring, assessing, and ensuring the complete and accurate records of the Cost movements are key for the sustainability of the business operation and compliance purposes

Responsibilities
🦚 Analyzing actual cost movements and bridge versus previous periods data
🦚 Helping the associated SME with outlooking and planning
🦚 Creating and maintaining reports for stakeholders
🦚 Create, post and check bookings when necessary

Requirements:
🫟 Ongoing BA or MSc studies in the field of Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, Economics, or related fields
🫟 Looking for students finishing their uni studies potentially in June 2027, afterwards there’s opportunity for potential permanent offer, depending on performance, graduation, and mutual fit
🫟 Students graduating earlier are welcome as well, who have at least 6 months until graduation
🫟 0-2 years work experience in accounting/planning/analysis function in international environment
🫟 Excellent communication skills
🫟 Advanced MS Office knowledge, ability to work with large datasets
🫟 Must possess a proactive, motivational, ‘can do’ attitude
🫟 Fluent English mandatory, both written and oral
🫟 Strong presentation skills
🫟 Strong Excel skills (Excel test will be part of the interview)
🫟 High precision, independence, and resilience

⏰ Working hours:
🔻 Between 09:00–17:00, within this time frame, adjusted to studies and exam periods
🔻 Expected office presence 1–2 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday)
🔻 More hours needed in the first half of each month (closing period), fewer in the second half
🔻 Hybrid role – 2 office days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715 765 per month.
