Their flagship products, including Archicad®, BIMx®, BIMcloud®, and DDScad®, support end-to-end design workflows, real-time collaboration, and intelligent building systems design for professionals worldwide.Responsibilities:🪼 Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative processes to ensure smooth collaboration across the marketing organization🪼 Assist with vendor management processes, including supplier onboarding, purchase order creation, and coordination with internal stakeholders🪼 Support budget and procurement-related workflows by preparing, tracking, and maintaining relevant information🪼 Organize, maintain, and update marketing documentation, files, and knowledge resources across internal platforms🪼 Support the maintenance of marketing databases, reports, and internal systems by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information🪼 Assist with data entry, quality checks, and process documentation to improve operational efficiency🪼 Provide coordination support for strategic marketing initiatives and transformation projects🪼 Learn and apply company policies, procedures, tools, and administrative workflows🪼 Identify opportunities to improve processes, structure information, and increase team efficiency over time🪼 Gradually take ownership of dedicated operational tasks and smaller projects as experience growsRequirements:🌁 Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation🌁 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 🌁 Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Sharepoint)🌁 Experience with collaboration tools is a plus 🌁 Interest in marketing operations, business processes, project coordination and digital tools 🌁 Proactive mindset with curiosity, willingness to learn, and ownership mentality🌁 Fluent English skillsWhat Our Partner Offers:👉 First-hand experience in an international B2B software marketing organization 🌵 Development of valuable skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, marketing systems, and business operations 💡 A supportive environment where you can learn, contribute ideas, and develop your professional profile ⏳ Flexible working hours and hybrid work option⏰ Working hours: Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, following a hybrid work model❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
