If so, our Community Operations Trainee position might be the perfect opportunity for you to dive into the world of community management and engagement strategies.🤝 As a member of our team, you`ll have the chance to assist in implementing and managing Graphisoft Community engagement programs, while gaining practical experience and making a meaningful impact on our user community.✨ Read on to learn more about this exciting opportunity!📋 Responsibilities🔹 Assist in the implementation and management of our Partner`s Community engagement programs, such as user groups, challenges, webinars, virtual events, and other initiatives aimed at fostering active participation and knowledge sharing.🔹 Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback across various channels, including forums and email.🔹 Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant content, such as articles, blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to engage community members, spark discussions, and provide valuable insights and guidance.🔹 Collaborate with the Community team to curate valuable resources, articles, and industry-related news for the community.🔹 Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person community events, facilitating networking and knowledge sharing.🔹 Help establish and nurture relationships with community members, key influencers, and industry experts.🔹 Assist in analyzing community engagement metrics, such as participation rates, content interaction, and sentiment analysis, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.🔹 Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the community experience, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous growth and engagement within our Partner companyRequirments:➤ Ongoing full-time studies at a Hungarian university, currently pursuing a degree in Architecture (preferred), or in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations.➤ Have at least 2–3 semesters remaining before graduation.➤ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and empathize with users.➤ Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.➤ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.➤ Enthusiastic about learning and willing to take on new challenges.➤ Passion for community building, engagement, and supporting your peers.➤ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and empathize with users.What our Partner offers:🏡 Flexible hybrid work setup📈 Community management experience🤝 Supportive professional team✨ Collaborative work environment🧠 Skill development opportunity🚀 Growth and career opportunity🌍 Impact on the community🕗 Workdays between 8:-18:00, hybrid working.❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
