Tasks:
📜 As part of the continuous improvement of Our Partner’s suppliers’ and sites’ performance, participation in a digitalization program for suppliers and sites in Europe
📜 Support the acceleration of implementation of digital tool deployment projects to improve the productivity of factories and suppliers in a rapidly changing industrial context
📜 Maintain active contact with 43 European factories and pilot suppliers, and provide support for tools deployed in 2025, including issue resolution
📜 Supplier Quality Data Management: improve data quality and develop dashboards and AI tools if needed, using collected data, Tableau dashboards, and AI recommendations to identify suppliers requiring support through development plans
📜 IT problem support (Jira / Tableau): manage access, assist users, and support training of supplier quality personnel (Quality Managers, Purchasing)
📜 Monthly reporting preparation: create PowerPoint summaries, update KPI tracking, and interact with internal and external stakeholders (Purchasing, Technical, Corporate Quality)

Requirements:
🔹 Ongoing studies at a university in Hungary in manufacturing (quality, methods, production), economics, or engineering, with strong digital skills in Tableau and SQL
🔹 Availability to commit for at least 1 year with active student status
🔹 Confident digital skills, including MS Office (Excel – basic formulas, data handling, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
🔹 Interest or experience in operational quality (quality indicators, problem-solving methods, audit techniques)
🔹 Familiarity with data analytics tools: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python (libraries)
🔹 Strong Hungarian and English language skills (fluent in both speaking and writing)
🔹 Strong communication skills, proactivity, and customer-oriented mindset
🔹 Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote environment
🔹 Teamwork in a project-based environment and strong interpersonal skills
🔹 English CV

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715 765 per month.
