    Finance Trainee (German)

    🏢 Our Partner has been operating as an SSC company in Hungary since 2013 and today employs more than 350 people. 86% of the employees belong to Generation Y, 20% come from abroad, and 50% of the leaders are women. A total of 17 languages are used within the company.

    💰 They operates in four main areas: IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions.     Tasks:
    💼 As a Finance Administrator, you will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure that payments are completed accurately and on time
    💼 Your responsibilities include processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
    On a daily basis:
    📥 Monitoring and booking incoming invoices through the electronic system and managing workflow administration
    📥 Ensuring the timely posting of incoming invoices, either manually or by improving the matching rate of electronic invoices

    Requirements:
    ✅ You have ongoing studies, preferably in finance, economics or a related field
    ✅ You can commit to at least 20 hours/week
    ✅ You speak fluent English and German (min. B2)
    ✅ You have strong MS Office skills
    ✅ You bring a proactive, supportive, and positive approach
    ✅ You have good communication, organization, and administrative skills
    ✅ You are reliable, punctual, and manage your time well
    ✅ You are confident multitasking and handling diverse tasks

    ⏰ General working hours: 09:00–17:00, with flexible scheduling options (07:00 or 08:00 start – 17:00 or 18:00 finish)
    🏠 Hybrid working model: 3 days home office, 2 mandatory office days per week

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
