    Key Responsibilities:
    🎀 Support the team in identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions using platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
    🎀 Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines by researching target markets and generating candidate leads.
    🎀 Participate in talent sourcing projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
    🎀 Help gather and analyse market and competitor intelligence to support BlackRock hiring strategies.
    🎀 Collaborate with team members to improve processes and candidate experience.

    Requirements:
    ◻️ Ongoing university studies in the field of Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
    ◻️ MS office knowledge
    ◻️ Fluency in written and spoken English is essential​
    ◻️ Passionate to be part of HR team.
    ◻️ Eager to learn, motivated to join the company and interest in the Sourcing aspect of HR.
    ◻️ Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
    ◻️ Strong research and analytical mindset
    ◻️ Excellent verbal and written communication - confident in speaking with candidates directly.
    ◻️ Motivated about Sourcing, passionate about HR.
    ◻️ Confident - pick up phone, speaking with candidates, with the business. Proactive.
    ◻️ Someone who really wants to be a recruiter.
    ◻️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    ◻️ Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
    ◻️ A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
    ◻️ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    ⏰ Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00-17:30; 4 days Office 1 day Home Office.

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
