🏢 Our Partner is a company specializing in the development and support of banking applications.

👉 Our Partner is looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Trainee to support our regional growth and go-to-market activities across Central and Eastern Europe.

🔥 You will work closely with our Partner`s field marketing, demand generation teams and gain hands-on experience in events, local GTM execution, market research, and campaign performance tracking.

🎯 This role is ideal for someone studying business, marketing, or a related field, who is eager to build a long-term career in B2B marketing and wants to understand how growth initiatives are planned, executed, and measured in real markets.

Tasks:
✨ Supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities and events
✨ Helping with event organisation and logistics (venues, registrations, materials, coordination)
✨ Supporting local go-to-market (GTM) activities in selected target markets
✨ Conducting desk research on industries, markets, competitors, and prospects
✨ Supporting campaign performance tracking and reporting
✨ Working with marketing data to help analyse campaign and event results

Requirements:
🌌 Ongoing studies in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
🌌 Interest in growth marketing, B2B marketing, and working with data
🌌 Analytical mindset and interest in data and performance tracking
🌌 Good written and spoken English as that is our main working lingo
🌌 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
🌌 Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability

Work environment:

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 693 700 per month.
