🏢 Our Partner has been operating in Hungary since 2012. The company was established with the goal of supporting the country’s radiotherapy institutions as a Sales and Support service center.

👉 Our partner`s international team is currently looking for a student employee in the field of reporting and data analysis in Hungary.
The position involves compiling, harmonizing, and simplifying key financial reports, as well as conducting in-depth analyses. The role includes analyzing, planning, evaluating, modifying, testing, and implementing FP&A reports related to the company in various functional areas.

Responsibilities:
🌻 Develop, monitor, and maintain FP&A-related reports, performance dashboards, and data analytics that directly support business goals and objectives
🌻 Perform analytical deep dives to generate business insights and drive data-based actions
🌻 Specify, design, implement, and document reporting solutions that integrate seamlessly into the existing BI landscape
🌻 Conduct technical and functional testing of new developments
🌻 Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement new or extended reports
🌻 Provide day-to-day support to the FP&A team and deliver user training as needed; work closely with end users to identify issues and propose effective solutions
🌻 Partner with IT to ensure reliable and consistent data provisioning
🌻 Analyze system specifications and use modern modeling and diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes
🌻 Recommend improvements to development, maintenance, and system standards to enhance performance and consistency

Expectations:
🍇 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably with exposure to the financial sector
🍇 Solid conceptual understanding of data warehousing, data transformation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Snowflake)
🍇 Good understanding and hands-on experience in data analysis within the financial industry
🍇 Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
🍇 Strong team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
🍇 Highly motivated and able to take initiative in driving tasks forward autonomously

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
