    Tasks:
    1️⃣ Supplier Management
    🤝 Support the management of relationships between the company and suppliers (EU region) by:
    📄 Supporting RfQ (Request for Quotation) and RfI (Request for Information) processes
    🛒 Assisting and supporting buyer colleagues with simple and complex purchasing projects (development, execution, follow-up) based on category strategy
    📞 Attending supplier management meetings and participating in negotiations with suppliers
    📈 Supporting the development of the yearly supplier business performance improvement plan
    📝 Contributing to the supplier qualification and assessment process
    2️⃣ Administration
    🗂️ Supporting the maintenance of procurement tools (drawing database, contract management system, supplier relationship platform, etc.)
    📥 Collecting data and certificates
    📁 Creating, managing, and maintaining procurement databases and files
    🧾 Assisting buyers with ad hoc administrative tasks

    Requirements:
    🎓 Ongoing university studies in Hungary in economics, business administration, or supply chain/procurement, with at least 2 more active semesters remaining
    💻 Confident digital skills, experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
    📄 English CV required
    🗣️ Fluent English and Hungarian language skills — both written and spoken
    ⚡ Quick learner with the ability to work independently
    🚀 Ambitious, communicative, and flexible attitude

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
