    Tasks:
    🤝 Providing exceptional customer service — adopting a customer-centric approach to ensure clients’ needs are fully understood and addressed
    📊 Analysing and interpreting provided data, identifying gaps or inconsistencies in data collection initiatives
    👥 Collaborating with internal teams, overseeing and monitoring their work before delivery to clients, and ensuring the quality of deliverables
    ⚙️ Adapting to evolving technologies and client requirements — maintaining flexibility, a quick learning attitude, and comfort in a dynamic environment
    💬 Communicating and managing relationships with clients, including handling support tickets

    Requirements:
    🎓 Ongoing university studies in Hungary
    ⚡ Active interest in energy management
    📅 Minimum 1-year commitment, with at least 1 year of active student status remaining
    💻 Confident digital skills, strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams, with a special focus on Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
    📝 English CV required
    🗣️ Intermediate English proficiency
    🔍 Attention to detail, logical and analytical mindset
    🤝 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    👥 Ability to interact effectively with clients of varying seniority and experience

    💰 Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
