Responsibilities:
🌻 To help experienced accountants by taking on the responsibility for dedicated regions and to start learning the more complex processes performed by the ICO Team
🌻 Build a pipeline of talented fresh graduates who can be offered a permanent position at the company and hence reducing the time and cost for replacing leavers
🌻 Prepare quarterly reconciliations for IC balance sheet accounts
🌻 Own beginner level regions in terms of transfer pricing recharge calculation, invoicing, reconciliation and budget/estimate planning
🌻 Help more senior team members with admin and audit related tasks

Expectations:
🟪 Ongoing BSC/MSC studies in Accounting/Finance for at least two more semesters
🟪 Demonstrate proactive approach to challenges and issue resolution
🟪 Ability to take initiative, follow through and complete tasks on time
🟪 Strong understanding of general accounting principles, concepts, and processes to be able to form an opinion on accounting and process matters
🟪 Excellent business English language skills both oral and in writing (B2/C1 or above)
🟪 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS SharePoint)
🟪 Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🟪 Strong time and task manager
🟪 Positive, can-do attitude
🟪 Ability to work independently
🟪 Structured thinking
🟪 Ability to form and argue opinion
