💼 Our partner is an attractive and well-recognized Hungarian software development company, whose main product is ArchiCAD, a three-dimensional architectural design software. Since its founding in 1982, the company has grown into one of the world’s leading developers of 3D architectural software.

📣 Are you interested in corporate communications, particularly in internal communications? Our partner is looking for a talented, part-time Internal Communications Trainee for 6 months.
Corporate Communications plays a key role in planning and delivering internal communications at Our partner and the Nemetschek Group. The team works together with leaders and collaborates with various departments and local offices across the world.
This role will support the daily operations of internal communications, reporting to the Corporate Communications Director.

Responsibilities:
📢 Support the successful planning and delivery of a wide range of communications activities, campaigns, and events
✍️ With the oversight of the Corporate Communications Director, develop communications materials, including drafting, editing, and proofreading content for Intranet articles and newsletters
📰 Write summaries, articles, and online documents with a special focus on internal audiences
🤝 Collaborate with members of global communications and other departments to distribute content across multiple platforms
💻 Participate in organizing and managing online and hybrid events
🎨 Create digital creative materials to complement communications activities (e.g., create an image for an intranet article, complete basic editing of a video)
🛠️ Manage communications-related systems and platforms (e.g., internal social channel, digital screens, intranet)
📋 Handle administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks
🌐 Involvement and/or outlook on a wide range of tasks covering the entire scale of corporate communications activities

Expectations:
🎓 Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university or college, preferably in the field of Communications/Media/Marketing/Business/International Relations
📚 Active student status in the next 2 semesters
💬 Interest in internal communications, good interpersonal and communication skills
💻 Great command of Microsoft 365 applications
🤖 Basic level of understanding of AI tools for communication and visual design (e.g., Canva)
🎨 Creativity, enthusiasm, and strong can-do attitude
🛠️ Ability to work independently and multitask, while prioritizing tasks according to different deadlines
⏱️ Availability for a minimum 20 hrs/week
🗣️ Outstanding proficiency in English; being a native speaker or having experience in a native environment is an advantage
🇭🇺 Proficiency in Hungarian

⏰ Working hours: general working hours between 08:00-18:00, Home Office is posssible

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
