    Tasks:
    🧾 You will be in charge of the following aspects of invoice management:
    🖊️ Data entry of invoices
    📊 Processing and analysis of invoices
    ✅ Carry out invoice audits in Excel or using internal tools provided by the partner
    📈 Updating reports
    📌 Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

    Expectations:
    🎓 Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in business administration, data management, or a related field in management/economics
    💻 You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office – with strong focus on Excel skills
    🌍 Advanced English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team; any other European language is an advantage
    🧠 You have an analytical and critical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills
    🧐 Precision, attention to detail, and an excellent quality focus are essential for this position
    🤝 Ability to collaborate in an international environment

    🕒 Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)
    💰 Gross salary: 1900 HUF/hour

    🕒 Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:30
    🏢 Office presence is required 3 times per week, but the schedule is flexible and can be adapted to your availability

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
