📢 As a Talent Sourcing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Partner`s recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, providing valuable exposure to sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.❗

What You’ll do:
◾Assist with sourcing candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
◾Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
◾Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
◾Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
◾Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to understand talent needs and priorities
◾Help coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
◾Support the development of job descriptions and candidate profiles
◾Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:
✅ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor`s or Master`s program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ Confident English language skills
✅ Possess excellent communication skills and can easily connect with others
✅ Has an interest in the IT industry and software development, and curious about IT professionals
✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
