🤖 About the Role
As an AI, ML & Data Science Intern/Developer, you will help design and build intelligent systems supporting global automotive operations. You will work with senior engineers to develop ML models and AI solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

💻 Hands-on role focused on production-quality code, data pipelines, and scalable AI solutions.

📌 Note: Interns may work on the same problems and scope as full-time developers, with responsibilities adjusted based on skill level, adaptability, and experience. High-performing interns may take on more complex tasks, while others will focus on learning, supporting development, and building foundational skills.

👥 Your Team
You will work in the Operations Excellence DataWorks team in an agile, collaborative environment with mentorship and real project exposure.

Tasks:
💻 Model Development & AI Applications
▪️ Design and develop ML models (regression, classification, etc.)
▪️ Build LLM-based applications and APIs
▪️ Support model deployment
💻 Data Science & AI Agents
▪️ Data cleaning, preparation, feature engineering
▪️ Data analysis and insight generation
▪️ Build and support AI agents
▪️ Improve prompts and agent response quality
▪️ Evaluate models and agents
▪️ Monitor performance and retrain when needed
💻 Tools & MCP
▪️ Build internal tools
▪️ Integrate MCPs and systems
▪️ Enhance agent capabilities
💻 Digital Twin & Prototyping
▪️ Support simulation models
▪️ Develop proof-of-concepts
▪️ Optimize algorithms
💻 MLOps & Engineering
▪️ Build data pipelines (batch/real-time)
▪️ Improve data quality and validation
▪️ Use Git, MLflow, testing tools
▪️ Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring
▪️ Follow coding best practices
▪️ Work in agile environments

Prior experience with all listed technologies is not required. Strong foundational skills, problem-solving ability, and a demonstrated capacity to learn quickly are more important. Interns are expected to grow into these tools and technologies over time.

⏰ Working hours: 8:00–17:00 on weekdays. Home office is possible after training

If you are over 25 years old, 15% personal income tax (SZJA) will be deducted from your gross salary. If you are under 25, you are exempt from this tax, meaning your gross salary can be considered net up to the national average salary level, which is currently HUF 715,765 per month.
