Our Partner develops security solutions for the digital world of tomorrow. Their portfolio includes passwordless logins, which are intuitive to use and offer optimal protection of user data. Our Partner has more than twenty years of experience: until early 2020 as a part of their parent company, and since then as an independent spin-off. Our Partner is the market leader for Identity and Access Management in Switzerland, and they protect over 80 percent of all e-banking transactions.

Tasks:
🔹 Own the support lifecycle: Manage and resolve technical tickets / incidents across L2, L3, and Consulting, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
🔹 Be a technical detective: Conduct in-depth analysis of integration logic and system processes to provide comprehensive solutions. This includes collecting necessary logs, config files, and reproduction steps.
🔹 Resolve critical incidents: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to Product, Engineering (L3), or Consulting teams when necessary.
🔹 Empower their users: Assist partners and customers in effectively utilizing their documentation and the Partner Academy learning platform, addressing their queries and guiding them to self-sufficiency.
🔹 Maintain their knowledge base: Document solutions, workarounds, and investigative steps to enrich their internal knowledge base for common issues.
🔹 Streamline communication: Ensure seamless and timely updates between Zendesk and Jira, and provide clear, proactive communication to users and higher-level management regarding ticket status.
🔹 Monitor and maintain: Actively monitor and respond to system alerts within their Azure cloud environment. Perform routine maintenance, including software updates and backups, on their test environments (Cloud and Suite, including new versions).
🔹 Participate in a 24/7 standby rotation to provide critical support coverage outside of regular business hours.
🔹 Coordinate effectively: Manage incoming feature/change requests and coordinate with product management. Process and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements:
🎮 A Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical work experience.
🎮 Experience: 2 years of hands-on engineering experience mixed with direct client support
🎮 Practical work experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
🎮 Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of computer networks, including load balancers, web application firewalls, DNS, HTTPS, and SSL/TLS.
🎮 Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, Oracle,PostgreSQL) and Github Actions.
🎮 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
🎮 A highly proactive, service-centric, and solution-oriented mindset.
🎮 Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

Working hours: Flexible,
⏰ Office presence is expected 2–3 days per week.
⏰ Tasks and working hours are determined by the Partner.
⏰ Regular working hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
