    Tasks:
    ⚙️ Maintain and configure Zendesk settings, workflows, and automations
    🎯 Monitor and optimize ticket routing, triggers, and macros within Zendesk
    🌐 Support the migration of global support teams to the centralized Zendesk platform
    🔗 Assist in Zendesk integration projects and system testing
    📝 Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, workflows, and updates
    🤖 Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of AI tools to enhance support automation
    🚀 Participate in building workflows and automations to improve overall support efficiency

    Requirements:
    🧑‍💻 Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field at a Hungarian university, with at least 3 semesters remaining
    💡 Strong interest in customer support technology and process optimization
    🔗 Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn about, APIs, integrations, or web technologies
    🧠 Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
    🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
    🗣️ Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
    📄 English CV required
    💬 Familiarity with support platforms (Zendesk or similar)
    🤖 Interest in AI and automation technologies
    🧾 Experience using documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, or similar)
    🧠 Basic understanding of customer service processes

    ⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00 (flexible scheduling within this timeframe)

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
