    📍Our Partner is a startup company launched in April last year, with a team of 7 software developers in Hungary (+ 1 designer) and 2 sales people in San Francisco. Their product is a video-first communication platform with a strong focus on AI solutions and analytics to serve mainly B2B customers in the financial and healthcare sector.

    🟢 Our Partner is a venture capital-backed AI startup that is changing the world of financial services. Our Partner`s platform will help financial service providers focus on their customers, save time and ultimately speed up their business. They use artificial intelligence to bridge human conversations with business systems, saving their customers hundreds of hours a year.

    🟢 Our Partner`s founding team has experience at leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Twilio, Ustream (acquired by IBM) and Hearsay Systems, among others.

    🟢 In this role, you will help configure and optimize CRM systems to increase functionality and efficiency. You will primarily focus on creating and refining workflows, customizing system settings and ensuring seamless integration to effectively support business processes.

    Responsibilities:
    🟡 Optimize the configuration of the CRM system
    🔹 Assist in configuring and refining CRM workflows, settings and integrations to improve functionality and efficiency.
    🟡 Working with integrations
    🔹 Support API-based integrations, troubleshooting and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
    🟡 Support and communication
    🔹 Collaborate with internal teams and end users to solve configuration challenges and improve system performance.
    🟡 Create clear documentation
    🔹 Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, best practices and troubleshooting steps.
    🟡 Inter-team collaboration
    🔹 Work closely with engineering, product and customer success teams to implement solutions and improve CRM processes.
    🟡 Analysis and troubleshooting
    🔹 Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM configurations and integrations, ensuring reliable system performance

    Expectations:
    💿 Current University enrollment (Bachelor`s or Master`s) in the field of Computer Science, or related fields
    💿 You have a basic knowledge of software development, debugging and testing
    💿 You have hands-on experience with integrations, APIs and development tools (SDKs)
    💿 You have a keen analytical mindset and like solving complex problems
    💿 Detail-oriented and pride yourself on accuracy and precision
    💿 Passionate about driving customer success through technical solutions
    💿 You can work 24-30 hours a week from our Budapest office (11th district).
    💿 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hungarian)

    ⏰ Working hours: 08:00-18:00 + Home Office

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
