    👉 About This Role:
    Their team within the Quantitative Analytics Engineering department is responsible for implementing and delivering state-of-the-art portfolio risk analytics for both internal and external clients. They are looking for talented quantitative software engineer interns who have interest in financial mathematics, primarily involving portfolio risk analytics.

    Tasks:
    🔶 Take emotional ownership of projects and developing at scale in the enterprise environment used by thousands of users
    🔶 Work with senior engineers and have immediate impact on the development of their analytical platform
    🔶 Collaborate with users and the product team to design and implement new features
    🔶 Gain a broad understanding of the investment process and the analytics involved
    🔶 Gain deep understanding of enterprise-level portfolio risk analytics used by the largest financial firms in the world
    🔶 Bring your authentic self to work and find your community through volunteering, employee and professional networks, and every-day interactions


    Requirements:
    🔴 Ongoing university studies, Computer Science, Software developer, Software engineer field
    🔴 Intermediate programming skills in an Objective-oriented language
    🔴 Python (5) and Java
    🔴 Good understanding of Objective-oriented design principles, fundamental algorithms, and data structures
    🔴 Knowledge of Git
    🔴 Understanding of advanced mathematical and statistical methods and concepts
    🔴 Interest in finance
    🔴 Good understanding of unit tests and their importance
    🔴 Knowledge of CI/CD in Azure DevOps
    🔴 Team player
    🔴 Outstanding problem-solving skills
    🔴 Good communication skills (English is a must have)
    🔴 Critical thinking
    🔴 Technical curiosity
    🔴 Learnability

    ⏰ Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00-17:30, work 2, preferably 3 days a week, Home Office is possible

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
